NY; Made in Hong Kong (see photos) (signed on back). It has a pull-chain to turn on and off. Cord is in excellent condition. Has a brass chain for hanging (it is heavy). All in very nice condition except that some of the red paint on the tubing has dusted off, but can easily be touched up it is painted on the outside of the tubing. Either way, it still looks great when lit! Size overall is 23″ x 11″.
