Here is a vintage advertising sign for Victor Gaskets. This is the sign base lights up. The light source is green neon tubing that is inside the base. The transformer and the neon tubing work find. I would be sure to take a good look at the wiring before I left it on too long. It had neon lettering that came out the top originally. Not sure what the word was, but I have included a picture of a couple of pieces of that word that were still with the sign when I found it. This sign measures approx. 24″ x 6-1/2″ deep x 5 tall (not counting the posts that stick up). This is a rare sign. Very hard one to find. The graphics are made up of reverse painted glass backed by ribbed frosted glass to give it that lined look. There is a mounting bracket on each side of the sign as you can see in the pictures.
