This is a large clock about 23 inches in diameter, keeps perfect time and you can not hear it running nor can you hear the neon, set knob works as it should, the can has not been repainted, the glass face, hands, retaining ring Quaker state advertising face are all original, I had my clock man replace the neon transformer for safety reasons, he also installed two power cords so you are able to run the clock without running the neon all the time. The can has a very nice green paint which I think looks different. The back of the clock has a factory date stamp of November 16 1949.
