It could use a good cleaning, but not having any real experience in or with neon signs, I feel that is something better left to a professional or a new owner. It works beautifully and has even glow. The cord is in great condition. It is missing one rubber foot. I’ve had it for years now and never put it up, so I’d rather have somebody new enjoy it.
