Made by Waynes Neon of Ohio during the early 90s. They supplied restorers with needed parts and made fantasy clocks from scratch. Unfortunately it appears Wayne passed away a while ago, but the website is still up although non-functional. The neon works, the “spinner” works, and the clock keeps time! The electrical cord is pristine! There are no scratches to the glass front; there are a few small wear areas to the back. There is an area of some small pitting to the surface of the metal surrounding the clock. The Texaco logo used on this clock is the logo the Company used from 1936 to 1963. The movement of the spinning wheel inside is mesmerizing! Visit You Tube and search for spinning neon clocks to see an example. The clock measures a 20″ in diameter and is about 5″ deep.
